Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our company.
Product Returns
Returns are accepted within 10 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- the product must be in its original condition,
- unused and uninstalled,
- and returned with its original packaging and proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Products
Electrical and electronic items are NOT returnable.
Returns will also not be accepted for products damaged due to improper use or incorrect installation.
Right of Withdrawal
According to applicable consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product has not been used and remains in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was incorrect or defective.
